Affiliate Terms

Thank you for joining the Gutsi family! These terms outline our partnership so we're both clear on expectations.

1. The Partnership By accepting your Shopify Collabs invitation and claiming your complimentary Gutsi device, you're agreeing to become an official Gutsi creator partner.

2. Your Commitment As a Gutsi creator partner, you agree to:

Content Creation:

  • Create and publish at least one (1) piece of authentic content featuring your Gutsi device within 30 days of receiving it
  • Content must be posted on the platform(s) we've agreed upon (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Content should align with Gutsi's brand values and honestly reflect your experience with the product

Content Guidelines:

  • Be honest and authentic in your review
  • Follow FTC/ASA guidelines by clearly disclosing the partnership (#ad, #gifted, or equivalent)
  • Avoid making medical claims or guarantees about health outcomes
  • Tag @getgutsi and use our campaign hashtags where applicable

3. Device Return Policy If you do not publish the agreed content within 30 days of receiving your Gutsi device, you agree to either:

(a) Return the Gutsi device to us within 14 days of our request,

OR

(b) Reimburse Gutsi for the full retail value of £249

Shipping costs for returns due to non-completion will be your responsibility.

4. Delivery Timeline Your Gutsi device will be delivered by the end of March 2026. The 30-day content commitment period begins from the date you receive your device, not from the date you accept this partnership.

5. Commission & Payments

  • Commissions are tracked and paid through Shopify Collabs
  • Commission applies to all sales made through your unique affiliate link
  • Payment terms follow Shopify Collabs standard payout schedule
  • Commission is earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases

6. Discount Codes

  • Your audience discount code is for your followers' use only
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other Gutsi promotions unless explicitly stated

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you create
  • By posting, you grant Gutsi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and use your content across all our marketing channels and website (with credit to you)
  • We'll always tag you when resharing your content

8. Partnership Duration This partnership begins when you accept your Shopify Collabs invitation and continues until either party chooses to end it. Either party may terminate this partnership at any time with written notice.If terminated before you've fulfilled the 30-day posting commitment, the device return policy (Section 4) applies.

9. Exclusivity During your active partnership with Gutsi, we ask that you do not promote directly competing gut health monitoring devices. General wellness, supplement, and health content is absolutely fine and encouraged.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.
