For customers in the EU, UK & USAt Gutsi, we craft technology that feels effortless and reassuring. If anything doesn’t meet that standard, we’ll make it right — quickly and with care.

Returns

30-Day Return Window

If your Gutsi device doesn’t feel right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.We ask that the device is:
  • In reasonable condition
  • Returned with all accessories
  • Packaged securely (original packaging preferred)
To begin a return, simply contact support@getgutsi.com with your order number.
EU & UK: Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal remains fully protected.US: The same 30-day return window applies to all orders.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
Shipping fees and subscriptions may be non-refundable depending on local regulations.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Every Gutsi device comes with a 12-month limited hardware warranty, valid across the EU, UK and US.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware or component failures
  • Battery or charging issues
  • Functional faults arising from normal use
If an issue occurs, we will repair your device, replace it with a new or refurbished model, or offer a refund if neither is possible.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, misuse)
  • Water damage beyond intended bathroom conditions
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage caused by non-Gutsi accessories
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
EU/UK: Your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact.US: State-by-state consumer protections may offer additional rights.

90-Day Performance Guarantee

Your first months with Gutsi should feel seamless.If your device isn’t performing as expected within 90 days, we will:
  • Troubleshoot with you directly
  • Provide replacement parts if appropriate
  • Replace your device entirely if the issue cannot be resolved
This guarantee complements - not replaces - your legal rights.

Shipping Support

Damaged on Arrival

If your device arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos or video. We’ll arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.

Lost Shipments

If a carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we’ll re-ship it or refund you in full.
