You track everything. Except the one thing nobody measures.
Sleep. HRV. Glucose. Steps. Recovery. Your gut is the last blank space on the dashboard — and the only signal that reports in every single day. Gutsi reads it passively, from the one place you already go.
NOW STOCKED IN
The next big thing is the least glamorous one.
Every category of self-tracking started the same way. A signal everyone already had, nobody was measuring, and a small group who got there before it was obvious. Wearables did it for sleep. Continuous monitors did it for glucose.
Gut is the next blank space, and it is still wide open. No wearable touches it. No ring, no strap, no patch. It happens in a room none of them can reach.
Three steps, then it runs itself.

1
Install once
Clips onto your existing toilet rim in about two minutes. No tools, no plumbing, no bathroom refit.
-
2
Capture passively
Sensors read every visit automatically. Zero manual logging, zero adherence problem — the failure mode of every tracker that needs you to remember.
-
3
Build the baseline
Daily readings become a trend. You get your own normal first, then you can see what moves it.
What you get a baseline on
- Stool consistency, scored the same way every single day
- Hydration cues you would otherwise be estimating
- Frequency and timing, captured without a manual log
- Week-over-week trend, not a one-off snapshot
- Processed on the device — imagery never leaves the bathroom
- A daily signal, not a quarterly lab test you have to post off
The frontier keeps moving. Gut hasn't been claimed yet.

Figures are from third-party market research on wearable technology, cited above — not claims about what Gutsi itself does. Gutsi is a gut health tracker and may help you understand your own patterns over time; it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

The obvious questions
Why passive capture rather than an app?
Because manual logging decays. Every self-report tracker has the same failure curve: high adherence for a fortnight, then nothing. Gutsi reads what is already happening, so the dataset does not depend on your discipline.
What does it actually measure?
Everyday patterns: stool consistency, hydration cues, frequency and timing, tracked over time. It is a wellness tracker, not a lab — it does not sequence anything and it does not diagnose.
Where does the data live?
Insights are processed on the device itself, so the imagery never needs to leave your bathroom. Readings are tagged to an internal ID rather than to your name, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
Will it fit my toilet?
It works with rims up to 56 mm wide and needs a 3.5 mm minimum gap between seat and rim, which covers most standard fittings. Adapters for different toilet types are in the box.
When does it ship?
From October 2026. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch, and there are 30 days to return it once it arrives.
